Martin Tuckwell: Non-Executive Director

A former head of regulation with LAUTRO and the PIA, Martin has played a leading role in developing the regulatory framework for financial services in the UK.

Martin has worked extensively in the industry, managing the compliant operation of the direct sales forces at Pearl Assurance and Britannia Assurance. More recently he was head of regulated training for Barclay’s Bank, providing strategic direction for regulated training and assessment across the bank’s full range of businesses.

As a principal consultant with KPMG, he specialised in advising major financial services businesses on regulatory developments in the industry. Between 2004 and 2008, Martin has been principal consultant at Momenta Consulting, managing large-scale compliance projects and delivering board-level advice on relationship development with the FSA.
