James Collins : Development Director

James had a successful career in retail management prior to moving into Financial Services. He very quickly gained a reputation for hard work and integrity and rapidly rose through the adviser grades to a managerial role with Cooperative Financial Services and then AXA.

Whilst at CFS James' success in th business was identified within the Group and he was fast tracked to work alongside a number of Directors in an advisory position.

His natural drive and energy was recognised at Board leve and consequently, he was asked to lead a number of assignments that delivered key Board projects.

James joined Chambers in 2012 and was appointed Director of Development with responsibility for growing the business, he has a wide remit, covering recruitment, developing partnerships and identifying aquisition opportunities.
