The Chambers Partnership (Chambers) is confident that it has a robust compliance model and offers a comprehensive support service in other areas, one that would be attractive to experienced financial advisers. This document sets out what services Chambers can offer to anyone who decides to join as an IFA. Chambers Partnership will be differentiated from competitors in the market place by how we retain advisers, involve our colleagues in the business and the quality of the management team. Other than our in -house compliance administrator Chambers outsource all our operations hence our ability to discount our fees to our IFA Partners [see below] Regular Performance Reviews: Formal performance review interviews to take place every six months. Will include discussion of all Key Performance Indicators as well as CPD and any other issues of concern for either Chambers or the adviser.
