"Having worked in large organisations for many years I had become familiar and complacent with management who tacitly ignored me and many others in our organisations. I aspired to working in an environment where I could be successful financially and be an acknowledged and appreciated part of the team.

I looked at many corporate bodies and networks but only Chambers seemed to offer me the path I was seeking. They were offering me the chance to run my own business, but not on my own.
